U16 & U18:

Tuesday 6:15pm - 9:30pm

 

U11 - U14 Mixed:

Wednesday 8am - 8:15pm

 

Food and Beverage Availability:

Food and beverage options are provided at the Veranda Canteen (please refer to the map). Please note that alcohol consumption is not permitted at UWC Dover.

 

Parking:

Please utilize the sheltered carpark as indicated on the map. Proceed straight after the guardhouse to access the carpark.

 

Drop Off and Pick Up:

Drop-off and pick-up points are situated at the main building as marked on the map. Turn right after the guardhouse.

 

Team Registration:

All team managers are required to register their teams at the designated registration counter (please refer to the map). Here, you can collect your Ruck n Rumble box, water, and player goodie bags.

 

Each Team Should Receive:

- 15 x 3-day tickets to the HSBC SVNS (12 players + 2 coaches + 1 team manager)

- A box of Ruck n Rumble T-shirts for each participating player (total of 12)

- WhatIF goodie bag for each participating player (total of 12)

- A carton of water

- Ice for cooling water bottles

 

Merchandise:

Tournament merchandise is available for purchase at the registration desk.

Food and Beverage:

Food Options

McDonald's and KFC are situated opposite KFH, while Kallang Wave Mall runs parallel to KFH. Please note that there will be no food available for sale at KFH itself.

 

Beverage

Soft drinks, water, beers, and seltzers are available for purchase. Please be aware that cans and glass bottles are not allowed on-site. Drinks will be served in plastic cups for consumption.

The nearest car parks are located at Kallang Leisure Park, McDonald's, KFC, and Decathlon.

Available at Kallang Wave Mall.

 

Sheltered Area Restrictions:

Please refrain from wearing footwear such as stilettos on the turf. Additionally, avoid placing any fixtures like Q poles or chairs on the turf.

NATIONAL STADIUM FINALS

After the pool games, please check if your team has qualified for the finals. If so, please proceed to the scoring desk located at:

  • UWC Dover: Top of the stairs at the stands

  • Kallang Football Hub: Tent next to the referees

 

All Finalists:

Kindly gather at Seating Area 118/119 at 10:15am. The final's schedule is as follows:

OTHER INFORMATION

 

Dress code for players

All players to wear their club uniform - short, shirt and socks (optional)

 

Rain:

Stoppage will only be on account of heavy rain and the decision thereof will be by discretion of the tournament committee alone.

 

Lightning:

Play will be stopped by discretion of the tournament committee and Referee oficials within the lightning/thunder Alerts. All participants to be sheltered. Play will only commence after 20 mins of no lightning or the Officals Alert warning giving the all clear

 

Coaches Briefing:

Coaches briefing is generally 30min before Games start followed by a brief Q & A. Representatives of the referees representatives will also attend these briefings.

 

Only one Coach/Team Manager is required to attend the coaches briefing.

 

Medical Information:

All Ambulance called by medical staff will dispatch from the field to Singapore Public Hospitals. For Under 16 Players it will be KKH, for players 16yrs + it will be SGH. Ambulances DO NOT go to Private Hospitals.

 

In the case of Ambulance evacuation a consenting adult needs to travel with the injured player. This can be Coach, Manager, Parent or Known & Trustworthy adult who can undertake the duties of medical consent of a minor injury.

 

In the case of Ambulance evacuation the Coach / Manager must have in their possession copies  of player ID (hard copy or digital) for medical in-processing.
